U guys delivered the case already? Bt I have to say the gpd win 4 2025 is really the best n most powerful hand held I’ve ran into really worth every cent!!

With USB-4 connectivity to the device, it's head and shoulders above most other handheld docks.

If I had to say there was a single flaw, it would be the lack of a second USB-C port separate from the power in. Maybe accommodation for the USB-C underneath (have a cut out with a cable path underneath) the devices would work as an alternative, though having one on the dock would make this an easy win. Other users complained about needing to slide the keyboard up on the GPD Win4 to get it to work and I tend to agree on that also, though it's not a huge issue for me.

Alternative name brand devices (Steam, Asus, etc...) are $80, most no-name are $50 and they are all inferior to this (with USB 3.x connectivity).

i love this mini laptop up to this point ive never bought my own laptop so while researching i realized i wanted a very portable experience so mini was the way i wanted to go and im glad i did thank you for the great customer service as well

Despite their assurances (I possess record) that RMA shipping would be covered by them, I was made to pay out of pocket to ship my non-functional unit to their offices. After several months, they have decided to charge me for repairs and then they shipped the unit to another country across the world. For reference, I reside in Greece. I possess record of having furnished my return address in Greece. My computer had been shipped to them via ELTA Courier-- a Greek shipping service. Despite all this, Droix decided to ship my "repaired" unit to a location in the United States. Moreover, they have deleted my last few reviews criticizing how they have handled my case. Somebody please make this make sense.

I have to say. I love it. It does everything I need it to from emulation to triple a titles, this thing does it all. Only thing that I really found that would be cool is a removable battery. All in all I'm pretty satisfied with the device. And with the 2 year warranty, I feel protected.

This is a powerful pc in a compact portable size. I bought this for its versatility, I can game when I want to and work when I need to. Its high end but that’s because you’re getting top quality tech.

Device was packaged well and in immaculate condition. I'm really glad to have the opportunity to own one of these. The screens really make this device a keeper.

Why the screws are needed to replace the additional ports HDMI,...? Framework has replaceble ports as well and no screws are needed. Otherwise I am satisfied...

This is my first experience with GPD products.
I purchased the Win Max 2 (2025) 64GB/2TB version. I received after waiting several weeks, I pre-ordered it, so the waiting time is not part of this review.
I'm quite upset, disappointed and frustrated for the overal poor quality of this device. At almost each reboot, my device is showing just a black screen and I cannot operate. I need to force shutdown the machine, wait like 10 minutes and then turn on again. This is absolutely not acceptable.
If this is the compromise that I need to accept to work with this device, I cannot digest the high price of sell. There should be a consistency between the quality of the machine and the product performance.
This ratio is absolutely not achieved and this is the reason for 1 star rating.
I'm ready to accept eventual compromise by i.e. a 50% price reduction or a proof of hardware/software redesign with proper validation and verification before starting the mass production and sells.

I received a unit with the box open with traces of use and with errors, it turns off constantly with a blue screen, the screen stays dark, it took a month to arrive and they only offered me a micro 5% discount for all of this, I do not plan to remove this until I am adequately compensated.

Extremely happy with my GPD Pocket 4, extremely nice little device, so glad that GPD still produces device like this when no one else does. Had problem with KVM module, but customer service was absolutely brilliant and sent me out a replacement module which arrived the next day and now works fine. I highly recommend both the GPD Pocket 4 and Droix, this is my first time using them and I would definitely use them again 🙂

I ordered the 370 with 64gb of ram on January 16, 2025. I finally received my laptop today March 25, 2025. I was so happy to finally get to be able to play with this thing all weekend. I boot up the laptop and I find out that someone put the 365 with 32gb of ram in the box. The box says that it's the 370 model but it's not. I emailed support and will update how they fix this but I am going to have to wait EVEN LONGER. I am wondering if this was intentional because they didn't have enough 370 models and was hoping people wouldn't notice or maybe it was just a mistake. Either way, I am so disappointed and can only imagine how much longer this will take to send back the incorrect model and receive the correct one.

I would write a review for the laptop itself but I don't even want to use it until I get the one I paid for.

This is perfect for anyone in the civil service industry. I am in the military and have to say from size it fits in my uniform pocket and snug into my bookbag. It's robust which also means durable which is great when deployed or utilized during training. It can handle MAX spec even for the latest high rendering games with little to no latency, for example Call of duty and Elden Ring. It has a solid encryption base which allows me to log into any government website. All of this while also having an amazing customer service team makes me want to come back for more, a couple of my friends just made some orders too because of what i showed them. I cant wait to see what this company does next!

I have the RG353M. A very nice, compact, premium quality aluminum shelled, version of this. I bought the RG353P as a present for a friend. ....And I like it more. Now wishing I'd bought this version instead. It's very comfortable in the hands, and lighter, with stacked shoulder buttons. It's so much more ergonomic, and I can play for so much longer with it. Despite being plastic, it doesn't feel cheap (other than the edges of the lower shoulder triggers), and I'm now contemplating getting one for myself - though I use the M a lot through HDMI and Bluetooth controllers. But this P version also does that. The screen is also a great size - clear, and big enough, while keeping the overall size fairly compact. There are newer and more powerful consoles, and with bigger screens. But I'd say this is a perfect size and form factor for a handheld retro console.

Awesome Dual Monitor - paired it to it's comparable Asus Zenbook Duo and the Lenovo Yoga - by far this GPD Duo beats in value for money!

Nice device I was supposed to wait 10 days before it came at home and I got it earlier (5 days). The screen protector comes handy. The price a bit hight but other website and official ayn website is more or less the same.

I can play everything without thinking too much (but I'm used to emulation and development). The form factor is really great and the analog stick are like the PSVITA, I mean for playing FPS its a bit harder than with a regular gamepad (make sense).

I'm really stunned by this device. I hope it will get update to android 14 or 15 at some point.

GPD WIN Mini 2025 Gaming Handheld PC

Easily may favorite gaming handheld. Runs pretty much everything I want it to, is comfortable in the hand and is ultra portable to boot! The best!

Having owned the GPD Pocket 3 and used the stylus that came with that I would say the stylus for the GPD Pocket 4 is a step backwards.
If you want to select something precisely you need to hold the stylus at 90° to the screen which is not a natural thing to do. I would also suggest the stylus could do with magnets to hold it to the case of the device it works with. In the case of the GPD Pocket 4 you can have a soft case which has a holder for the stylus, but sadly the stylus sticks out to far to close the case well.
It's not all bad though, once you have started to draw or write moving the stylus is smooth and easy to judge where you need to move it to start the next word or aspect of your drawing.
All in all it is reasonably good value for money for the price.
