Incredibly quick delivery
Everything was incredible with droix I got my device within 5 days and im in colorado usa, everything was packaged well and worked immediately. My only even slight complaint was the drive partition that was made for some reason it was split 1Tb and 500Gb and it had an unused portion of 100Gb but that was really easy for me to unpartition
We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! Delivering quick international fulfillment and pristine packaging to our community in the States is always a top priority for us. Your helpful note about the split partition and unused drive capacity has been logged with our team so we can refine our standard software setups for smoother out of box storage. It is great to know it was a breeze for you to reconfigure to your liking. Thank you for shopping with DROIX, and please reach out to [email protected] if you ever need any assistance!
Quickest international delivery
I was blown away how this got from UK to the US in just two days, if I could put 6 stars I would. My gaming handheld is absolutely wonderful, arrived well packaged, with a bonus carrying case and a screen protector. I have been enjoying it since it arrived, absolutely no issues with it. I will absolutely order from DROIX again in the future! Thank you for such an insane speed of fulfilment, honestly impressive! I obviously don't expect it every time, but what a way to make a great first impression.
Thank you so much for the glowing review! Getting a parcel across the Atlantic and onto your doorstep in the US in just two days is something our fulfillment team works incredibly hard to pull off, so hearing that we blew you away brings a massive smile to everyone here. We are thrilled that your new gaming handheld arrived in pristine condition along with the protective case and screen guard to keep it safe from day one. Thank you for giving DROIX the chance to make such a memorable first impression, and we cannot wait to welcome you back for your next adventure!

Everything fine, the info about how import tax will be handled could be more prominent.

Thank you Gpd for the package. At first I have problems in making it work but then I realize it is very similar to an ssd because it is unallocated of the storage. But then it is now working
