The device is great, it arrived in 2 days - the packaging was good, an outer box was slightly damaged (probably in transit) but everything related to the product was in a separate box inside and totally undamaged.

The support team was helpful after ordering when I needed to change the email associated with my order.

Sent out a day late, but delivered next day. Great service!

DroiX keeps getting better and better!

Thank you Gpd for the package. At first I have problems in making it work but then I realize it is very similar to an ssd because it is unallocated of the storage. But then it is now working

great case. wish the little slots to cover the device didnt have stiching on the bottom so i could store usb drives.

i bought 2 units. one for me and my grandson. mine is defective and my grandson devices is working flawlessly. therefore 2 stars.

I really like the GPD Pocket 4. The laptop is very fast and is very small, easy to carry around.

The fan noise is able to be managed by the use of local app in the laptop called "Motion Assistance". The touch pad work fine for me. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and love this.

Perfect fit and nice size. Just a little confused as to why it seems to have been originally made for a switch as it has slots for switch cartridges but its not intrusive.
