At GPDSTORE, we believe our product support should extend beyond the initial purchase. If you decide to sell an item you bought from us, any remaining warranty coverage can be passed on to the new owner. To formalise this, we provide a straightforward ‘Ownership Transfer’ form. This document officially registers the device to the new individual, ensuring they are fully recognised under the existing warranty terms and can enjoy continued support for their pre-owned product.
To complete the process, the form requires the signatures of both the seller and the buyer when the item is exchanged. Taking this important step allows us to update our system with the new owner’s current information, especially their shipping address. Having accurate details on file is critical for any future support requests, particularly if a return authorisation (RMA) is needed for a repair or a replacement unit, enabling us to provide prompt and effective service to the device’s new owner.
