Thank you for sharing your review, and we sincerely apologize for the initial worry caused by the rough delivery box. We saw your message regarding the packaging already being collected with the rubbish, so please do not stress over the photos at all. Our primary focus is ensuring your new console arrived unharmed and ready to play. As shared during our earlier support chat, your order was split into two separate deliveries so you would receive your main device without delay. The protective case was dispatched on its own and is currently on its way, which you can monitor through the tracking details sent to your inbox. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] and our team will be more than happy to help.
