It's a good case - I had a bit of fraying on the inner Velcro, which DroiX passed on to GPD for QA purposes - so I feel assured it will be fixed in future. DroiX were also flexible, and permitted me to take the case to my local repair cafe for stitching - and the stitching has fixed it! Thank you to DroiX for being so flexible and eco-friendly!

Think there was a design change. It doesn't fit the gpd win 4 very well and doesn't really want to close.
