A GPD lançou uma correção para resolver um problema em que as estações de ancoragem eGPU, como a GPD G1, não estavam a funcionar corretamente através de USB 4 ou OCuLink. Esta correção aplica-se exclusivamente a dispositivos com processadores AMD Ryzen 9 HX 365 e HX 370. Não se destina a dispositivos com o AMD Ryzen 8840U ou processadores anteriores, uma vez que estes modelos não apresentam este problema. Não se recomenda a utilização desta correção em modelos anteriores.
Para confirmar novamente, só deve ser utilizado nos seguintes modelos. Se não tiveres a certeza do modelo que tens e se o compraste a nós, contacta-nos para confirmação.

Primeiro, transfere o ficheiro graphics_patch.rar a partir daqui (ligação de segurança aqui). Uma vez que se trata de software ao nível do kernel do Windows, o teu browser ou antivírus pode bloquear ou avisar-te durante o download. Tem em atenção que estes ficheiros são seguros e que os avisos são falsos positivos. Uma vez descarregado, extrai os ficheiros para o teu dispositivo GPD.
Agora, executa o ficheiro AGC-Setup-1.0.6.exe. Se o Microsoft Defender SmartScreen te pedir, seleciona Executar mesmo assim para continuar.
Segue as instruções para instalar o software. Quando for pedido para reiniciar o computador, seleciona a opção para reiniciar e, em seguida, clica em Concluir para reiniciar o dispositivo.
Depois de reiniciar o Windows, encontrarás um ícone de atalho do AGC no ambiente de trabalho. Faz duplo clique nele para iniciares o software e verás o ecrã principal. Navega até ao separador Config GPU Feature.
Clica no botão Substituir driver Kmd para abrir a caixa de diálogo de seleção de ficheiros.
Navega para os ficheiros extraídos e seleciona o ficheiro amdkmdag.sys.
Quando o ficheiro tiver sido importado e atualizado, aparecerá uma caixa de notificação a confirmar a atualização e a pedir-te que reinicies o dispositivo. Podes verificar a atualização revendo o registo de texto apresentado na caixa. Clica em OK na caixa de notificação e, em seguida, seleciona Reiniciar o SO ou reinicia o dispositivo a partir do menu Iniciar.

I have the drivers of 25.3.1 and am not getting any crashes. But when I run a game, I get 20fps and only 16% GPU utilization no matter what settings I pick. If i run a benchmark I get full performance of the GPU and the expected FPS. I am using OcuLink with a 7800XT GPU.
I have tested the same GPU on a thunderbolt dock and got the expect results, it seems to only be affecting my oculink port.
Can you first check the refresh rate of the screen in Windows Display Settings, and also in the AMD settings and going by your other message on Steam Settings. It sounds like you may have a frame limiter enabled somewhere if all games are doing it.
Have you tried a fresh install of the latest drivers? Follow our guide at https://gpdstore.net/kb/software-guides/kb-article/how-to-uninstall-and-install-amd-graphics-drivers/ for how to fully remove the drivers and reinstall them.
If you are still having issues. Which eGPU and OCuLink cable do you have? The OCuLink cable especially can have issues if not fully compatible with certain eGPUs. The one we sell has been tested with the GPD G1 and ONEXGPU series eGPUs.
I have tested with Oculink and still not getting proper speeds with the 25.3.1 AMD drivers. I get perfect scores in benchmarks, but Steam games refuse to use the GPU above 15% utilization.

Hi, Thank you for continuing to improve.
But unfortunately, OCulink still crashes on GPD Win4 (2025/HX) with G1(2024).
The error no longer occurred immediately, but when I ran benchmark (FF XV) software, AMD generated an error and stopped recognizing G1.
When connected via USB4, the G1 works without problems regardless of whether or not this patch is applied.

The new AMD drivers 25.3.1 fixes the issue with eGPUs. We ran a few different game benchmarks multiple times and had no issues at all.
