Are the bands only as listed via the gpd hk spec sheet or is there a US or NA specific varient? What is the specific cellular chip model brand/number? Looking to compare with US verizon 4g bands, particularly B66 but: B2 B5 B13 B66

The module supports 4G TD-LTE, FDD-LTE, and 3G CDMA networks; you would need to check with your provider if these are supported.

Those are band categories but that doesnt mean the module covers the right bands. No cellular module covers all global bands.. id like to know the specific band channels l example \"B66\" or better would be to tell me the cellular chip company and model number

According to research this is the 'overseas' version of the module with Quectel EG25-G (Qualcomm 9x07) chip.

LTE-FDD: B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B7, B8, B12, B13, B18, B19, B20, B25, B26, B28
LTE-TDD: B38, B39, B40, B41
WCDMA (3G): B1, B2, B4, B5, B6, B8, B19
GSM (2G): B2, B3, B5, B8 (850/900/1800/1900 MHz)

Does it work on linux? Can i make phone calls from it?

Would it work with eSIM or it requires a physical SIM card?

Hey, you’ll need a physical Nano-SIM card from your carrier. There's no eSIM option available for this module at this time.
