GPD a publié un correctif pour résoudre un problème où les stations d’accueil eGPU, telles que la GPD G1, ne fonctionnaient pas correctement via USB 4 ou OCuLink. Ce correctif s’applique exclusivement aux appareils équipés de processeurs AMD Ryzen 9 HX 365 et HX 370. Il n’est pas destiné aux appareils équipés de processeurs AMD Ryzen 8840U ou antérieurs, car ces modèles ne rencontrent pas ce problème. Il n’est pas recommandé d’utiliser cette correction sur les modèles antérieurs.
Pour confirmer à nouveau, il ne doit être utilisé que sur les modèles suivants. Si vous n’êtes pas sûr du modèle que vous possédez et que vous avez acheté chez nous, veuillez nous contacter pour confirmation.

Tout d’abord, téléchargez le fichier graphics_patch.rar à partir d’ici (lien de sauvegarde ici). Comme il s’agit d’un logiciel de niveau noyau Windows, votre navigateur ou votre antivirus peut se bloquer ou vous avertir pendant le téléchargement. Veuillez noter que ces fichiers sont sûrs et que les avertissements sont des faux positifs. Une fois téléchargés, extrayez les fichiers vers votre appareil GPD.
Maintenant, exécutez le fichier AGC-Setup-1.0.6.exe. Si Microsoft Defender SmartScreen vous le demande, sélectionnez Exécuter quand même pour continuer.
Suivez les instructions pour installer le logiciel. Lorsque vous êtes invité à redémarrer l’ordinateur, sélectionnez l’option de redémarrage, puis cliquez sur Terminer pour redémarrer l’appareil.
Après avoir redémarré Windows, vous trouverez une icône de raccourci AGC sur le bureau. Double-cliquez dessus pour lancer le logiciel, et vous verrez l’écran principal. Naviguez jusqu’à l’onglet Config GPU Feature.
Cliquez sur le bouton Remplacer le pilote Kmd pour ouvrir la boîte de dialogue de sélection des fichiers.
Naviguez vers les fichiers extraits et sélectionnez le fichier amdkmdag.sys.
Une fois le fichier importé et mis à jour, une boîte de notification s’affiche pour confirmer la mise à jour et vous inviter à redémarrer l’appareil. Vous pouvez vérifier la mise à jour en consultant le journal de texte affiché dans la boîte. Cliquez sur OK dans la boîte de notification, puis choisissez Redémarrer le système d’exploitation ou redémarrez l’appareil à partir du menu Démarrer.
Une fois redémarré, vous pouvez continuer à utiliser votre appareil comme d’habitude. Si vous n’avez pas encore configuré votre GPD G1, vous pouvez consulter notre guide de démarrage du GPD G1 ici.
I have the drivers of 25.3.1 and am not getting any crashes. But when I run a game, I get 20fps and only 16% GPU utilization no matter what settings I pick. If i run a benchmark I get full performance of the GPU and the expected FPS. I am using OcuLink with a 7800XT GPU.
I have tested the same GPU on a thunderbolt dock and got the expect results, it seems to only be affecting my oculink port.
Can you first check the refresh rate of the screen in Windows Display Settings, and also in the AMD settings and going by your other message on Steam Settings. It sounds like you may have a frame limiter enabled somewhere if all games are doing it.
Have you tried a fresh install of the latest drivers? Follow our guide at https://gpdstore.net/kb/software-guides/kb-article/how-to-uninstall-and-install-amd-graphics-drivers/ for how to fully remove the drivers and reinstall them.
If you are still having issues. Which eGPU and OCuLink cable do you have? The OCuLink cable especially can have issues if not fully compatible with certain eGPUs. The one we sell has been tested with the GPD G1 and ONEXGPU series eGPUs.
I have tested with Oculink and still not getting proper speeds with the 25.3.1 AMD drivers. I get perfect scores in benchmarks, but Steam games refuse to use the GPU above 15% utilization.

Hi, Thank you for continuing to improve.
But unfortunately, OCulink still crashes on GPD Win4 (2025/HX) with G1(2024).
The error no longer occurred immediately, but when I ran benchmark (FF XV) software, AMD generated an error and stopped recognizing G1.
When connected via USB4, the G1 works without problems regardless of whether or not this patch is applied.

The new AMD drivers 25.3.1 fixes the issue with eGPUs. We ran a few different game benchmarks multiple times and had no issues at all.
