got is as a gift

the only downside i find is in windows itself on such a small screen and the slight issues i bump into but this is my computer and is great works amazing i use a third party dock and it is quite nice

My device arrived with a cosmetic issue that made me disappointed, but after I sent in my review, the customer service team reached out on the same day and helped me out! I didn’t expect this level of service or any service at all so I was very pleased. They were willing to do whatever was needed to make things right and they did! Almost perfect

For me personally thy ONLY downside so far is the fans/temp. The console gets pretty warm and the fan does get pretty noisy. Another thing worth mentioning is its weight, my friend said it’s heavy but I think it’s that nice quality item weight. So far I really do like it.

Excellent device

Received the device very fast and works well. Its unique compares to the other PC handheld since this is the smallest one. The tiny mouse pad and slide up keyboard is my favourite feature. Do note that I ran into a small issue with display, but a reset of the bios fixed it. Droix support is very reliable and helpful. Overall money well spent and this device is probably my favourite thing I have purchased in a while.

So good so far

As with all reviews it is just like a psp. I did see a video review about the screen flickering from sliding the screen to use the keyboard. Hopefully I won’t have that issue. I do enjoy the product.

A mighty compact device

So far so good. I have the 7840u 32GB RAM and I use it as both a working station and a gaming console and it runs every software I tested pretty fast. So performance-wise it is great, however, I have faced a minor issue so far which is sometimes the device does not turn on, the blue LCD turns on but the screen does not. In order to fix this I have to hold the power button for around 10 sec and after that it turns on. So far it happened three times, once for turning the device on and twice after it went to sleep.

Amazing!

Both the machine and the service from Droix blew my mind! The Win 4 is an amazing piece of hardware that exceeded my expectations, but the delivery from Droix was surprisingly quick. It arrived all the way to Hawaii 4 days earlier than quoted! Extremely satisfied by my choice of product and vendor.

J'ai la version 64gb+4TB, vraiment fous coté puissance et bonne qualité de l'ensemble.

Seul bémol. fige lorsqu'il passe en veille ou que je n'interagie pas avec.

Hi! I find the GPD Win 5 too large and unwieldy as a handheld. Will the GPD Win 4 be getting another refresh in 2026 or is it going out of production?

As far as we know there will not be a refresh of the WIN 4 for 2026 as the HX370 is probably the best CPU you will get in that size handheld right now.
