We also sincerely apologize for the confusion surrounding the return address. While your RMA was approved a few months ago, and you had since provided an updated shipping address in Greece, our system initially defaulted to your original address. This oversight led to the parcel being shipped incorrectly. As soon as we realized the error, we immediately recalled the package and arranged for it to be resent to the correct address.
According to the latest tracking information, the package has now been successfully delivered, and we hope you are enjoying your device once again.
