As for the delivery concern, our records indicate that a shipping hold was requested on your side, which led to a delay. This was communicated to you, and as a gesture of goodwill, we also offered a 5% discount on a future purchase. We understand this was declined in favor of a request for a complimentary KVM module and stylus, which unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill.
